Step 2
Within two business days you see a shortlist. Every profile carries a verification status and a match explanation you can audit.
Step 3
Approach, milestones, timeline, and price in one table. Ask questions in-thread and request revisions before you decide.
Step 4
Sign the contract electronically and fund the first milestone. Funds are held by R-Owl, not the consultant, until you approve.
Step 5
Review deliverables against the agreed acceptance criteria. Approve to release payment, or raise a dispute for a structured review.
For consultants
Step 1
Submit your profile, documents, and references. Verification typically completes in five to seven business days.
Step 2
You are matched to briefs in your categories. Submit a milestone-based proposal with a clear acceptance plan.
Step 3
Answer client questions in-thread and revise scope before anything is signed.
Step 4
Start work only once escrow is funded. Every milestone you deliver is money already set aside.
Step 5
Payouts are released within three business days of client approval, less an 8% service fee.
Verification is free and re-run every 90 days.
